Who
visits Medic Africa?
Since
its launch in 1987, Medic Africa has built a reputation for being
the most focused specialised medical marketing event across the
continent.
Partnership
has been the key. For each event, we have carefully chosen partners
capable of assisting proactively in delivering the desired audience
via the parallel continuing medical education conference programme,
which is entirely subsidised by the exhibition.
Inevitably
the visitor profile varies a little between meetings, depending to a
large extent on what the conference topics are, but the overriding
constant is that the audience is always of medical professionals and
those directly associated with the trade. In marketing parlance, it’s
very vertical.
In the last 5 years Medic Africa has been held in Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria (three times), Tanzania (twice), Ghana, Libya
(twice), and Kenya.
In
Nigeria, Medic Africa is held in association with the Nigeria
Medical Association. The attendance spread is typical of most Medic
